It's so good for all...What a great post, Nate. It's so good for all of us (blog readers) to get a summary of what is going on. Obviously a lot is happening and It appears you feel good about the progress. It's interesting to see how you approach your assignment from a different perspective now. You are no longer Randy's assistant, now you are the project manager in charge of all the workers coming to help. As well you are doing much of the construction work yourself too. That's a big change. It reminds me of the infamous baseball player from the 70's & 80's, Pete Rose. When he got older he became the manager of the Reds, but also put himself in the games as a player... Manager/Player role.
